Terms & Conditions
The Cash in on Vegas $10,000 incentive program is not a sweepstakes; it is a performance-based rewards program. Participation is strictly limited to enrolled travel agents who meet all criteria set forth by Leisure Pops (Administrator) and Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
General
- All submissions must be entered in on-line booking tracker at http://www.trackmylasvegasbookings.com.
Submissions by mail, fax, e-mail or other means are not acceptable and cannot be
returned or acknowledged.
- All travel must be completed between April 1 – June 30, 2012 for bookings made April1 – May 31, 2012.
- Bookings must be entered no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 31, 2012.
- Eligible bookings must include hotel accommodations in Clark County, Nevada.
- Each booking made and recorded within the booking period will count towards eligible total bookings.

Award Levels
Prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the promotion. Stored value cash cards will be awarded to all winners. Winners are not eligible to win more than one prize during the promotion. Random drawing winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. One entry per one booking.
- $2,500 cash card - Highest amount of bookings
- $1,500 cash card – Second highest amount of bookings
- $1,000 cash card – Third highest amount of bookings
- Ten (10) $500 cash cards – random drawing
Participation
Participation in the Rewards program is open to all U.S. and Canadian travel agencies and agents operating under a current and legitimate ARC, IATA, CLIA number. Winners must be at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the U.S. Winning agents are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on any awards or prizes received. Enrollment is required and is the sole responsibility of participating agents. Agencies may not combine bookings of multiple agents into an individual agent account. The administrator reserves the right at any time at their absolute discretion to refuse or revoke membership in the program for any reason. It is the sole responsibility of participating agents to confirm receipt of program bookings.
Responsibility
All parties involved in the rewards program are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections or mis-communications. All rules and policies past, present and future are set forth and disseminated at the sole discretion of the administrator. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Other conditions may apply. Participants agree to the above terms and conditions and accept the decisions of the administrator as final. Any persons providing false information forfeit all awards and prizes associated with program, and may risk prosecution under applicable law. All bookings are subject to verification. Rules are subject to change without notice. Lost or stolen debit cards and travel certificates will not be replaced.
By participating in this promotion participants opt in to receive communication from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and its affiliated travel companies. Participants agree to the potential of being recognized as winners in any and all travel related media.
